How to Enrol

For easy connection between our families and our centre, we offer an all-in-one solution to keep families engaged through the Xplor Home app.

​

Xplor Home enables our families to:

  • Quickly sign-in & out

  • Easily manage financials and subsidies

  • Manage bookings and enrolments

  • View important notifications from our service

  • Receive regular updates

  • View your childs learning

To enrol follow the 4 steps below:.   


To download, visit your App Store:

BOOKING & ENROLMENT

Select the Enrolment Form button to complete your enrolment.

 

If you require permanent weekly or fortnightly bookings, please ensure you list these on the enrolment form.

 

When completing the enrolment form please ensure you list all relevant information, particularly inform any information that will enable us to provide the best care for your child.

 

If you are claiming CCS please be sure to use correct CRN details, failure to do so will result in full fees being charged. It is the account holders responsibility to enter the correct details.

LOOK OUT FOR AN EMAIL
You will receive an email inviting you to download the Xplor Home App once you have submitted your enrolment.

CONFIRM & SIGN YOUR CWA

Ensure you complete, sign and return your CWA (Complying Written Agreement) through the Home App. Two steps must be completed to ensure your child care subsidy payments are can be paid to our service on your behalf.

Child Care Subsidy
If you are registered for CCS you will to need confirm your enrolment through your MyGov account.  Full fees will be charged until the CWA has been signed and the CCS enrolment has been accepted. This is the responsibility of the account holder.

Looking for Casual Before or After School Care?
Easily set up your CONTACTS to sign in & out of our service
Once your child is enrolled at our service, you can book in casual care days via the Xplor Home App or website for Before or After School Care.
Contacts are friends or family members who have been given permission to collect children.
